Use of Practice Data Solutions (PDS) and any related services is governed by the Ascend Solutions Software Use Agreement, together with the applicable Order Form and Business Associate Agreement.

The current Software Use Agreement is being finalized. For a copy of the agreement that applies to your engagement, contact legal@ascendsolutionsllc.com. We will post the published version and maintain a record of changes on our Change Log.
